Redevelopment of Derelict Farmhouse and Outbuildings within SSSI


This project involves the comprehensive redevelopment of a derelict farmhouse and its accompanying outbuildings located within a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The goal was to transform the structures into a charming and fully-functional holiday cottage. With a budget of £2.25 million, the project aimed to preserve the historical and ecological value of the site while providing modern amenities for visitors.


Commercial Redevelopment of Visitor Car Park and Facilities


This commercial redevelopment focused on enhancing the visitor experience of a SSSI area known as the Devils Punch Bowl, by upgrading the car park, toilet facilities, and other amenities within. With a budget of £880,000, the project included the addition of a 'grab & go' kiosk, a new retail shop, and the redesign of the current café to better meet visitor numbers and expectations of this very well know area.
