Lloyds Register Building


This project involved providing PMO and Programme Management Consultancy Services to oversee the separation of the Richard Rogers Building (the glass building) from Collcutt House and the complete refurbishment of all 10 floors of the grade 2 listed building.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assume management responsibilities after the previous construction firm went into administration.

• Ensure that all operational aspects of the project are aligned and on track.

• Coordinate efforts to meet the celebratory move-in date, ensuring all milestones are met according to the maritime dignitary schedule.
